We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our Yeppoon showroom on a full-time basis. Whether customers are building their dream home, renovating a bathroom, or undertaking a commercial project, you'll be there to guide them every step of the way.
About the role:
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our showroom, creating memorable customer experiences while helping customers select tiles, flooring, bathroomware, and related products.
Your day will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service and product advice
- Assisting customers with their renovation, building and design projects
- Creating quotes and processing sales orders
- Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Building strong relationships with retail, trade and commercial customers
