Job Description
THE ROLE...
This is a customer-focused showroom sales role, providing customers with expert advice and helping them create beautiful spaces.
As the face of our Cairns South showroom, you'll build strong relationships with retail, trade and builder customers, guide them through product selection, prepare quotes and sales orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to purchase.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver exceptional customer service in the showroom
• Assist customers with product selection and design inspiration
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately
• Follow up customer enquiries and sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with retail, trade and builder customers
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
• Utilise computer systems to manage orders, quotes and customer information
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and business growth
Desired Skills and Experience
ABOUT YOU
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive and professional approach to customer service
• Passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their projects
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Experience within tiles, flooring, building products, home improvement or interior design is advantageous but not essential
