Job Description
The Role
As a Retail Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles Norwood Studio, you'll help customers bring their renovation and building projects to life while delivering exceptional service in a premium showroom environment.
Working with homeowners, renovators, builders, interior designers and trade customers, you will:
Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences
Provide expert advice on tiles, hard flooring, bathroomware and interior finishes
Guide customers through product selections for renovation and new build projects
Prepare quotes, process sales orders and manage customer enquiries
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and solutions
Follow up leads and customer projects to maximise sales opportunities
Maintain strong product knowledge across our extensive range
Contribute to achieving individual and showroom sales targets
Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining showroom presentation standards
Support local business development activities and community engagement opportunities
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play an important role in achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of the studio.

To be successful in this role, you'll:
Have experience in retail sales, showroom sales or customer service
Enjoy building relationships with homeowners, renovators, builders, designers and trade customers
Take a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and recommending solutions
Confidently guide customers through the selection of tiles, hard flooring, bathroomware and interior products
Prepare quotes, process sales orders and manage customer enquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
Follow up leads and quotations to maximise sales opportunities
Thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy contributing to showroom success
Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the sales journey
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends
Have strong communication, organisational and computer skills
Take pride in maintaining a professional and inspiring showroom environment
Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and collaborative team approach
Have experience in tiles, flooring, building products, home improvement or interior design (highly regarded)
