Job Description
If you love helping customers, enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have an interest in home improvement and design, this could be a great opportunity to join our Myaree team.
As a Full Time Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll help our customers bring their projects to life, whether they’re renovating a bathroom, building a new home or simply looking for the perfect finishing touches.
About the Role
No two days will look quite the same. You’ll be working closely with customers, providing advice and helping them find products and solutions that suit their style, needs and budget.
You’ll be responsible for:
Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in-store
Helping customers choose tiles, flooring and bathroomware for their projects
Building strong relationships and delivering a great customer experience
Preparing quotes, processing sales and following up with customers
Keeping the showroom looking its best and products well presented
Working closely with the wider Myaree team to achieve store goals
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, confident and genuinely enjoys working with people.
You’ll ideally bring:
Retail or customer service experience, although we’re happy to consider transferable experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A natural ability to understand what customers need and help them make decisions
An interest in interiors, renovating, building or home improvement
A positive, team-focused attitude
The confidence to learn our product range and provide great advice
A willingness to get involved and contribute to the success of the store
