The Role
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional in-store experiences for our customers.
This is a truly diverse position where you will:
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Provide expert advice through a consultative sales approach
- Deliver solutions that bring customer projects to life
- Generate sales and contribute to team targets
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to support their projects
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
You will also support operational tasks including:
- Customer order pick-ups
- Receiving and handling stock
- Assisting trade and builder customers
- General administrative duties
About You
You bring energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for helping customers.
You will ideally have:
- Retail sales experience or similar customer-facing background
- A track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Confidence in influencing and guiding customer decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable with manual handling (up to 25kg)
- Confidence using systems and technology
