The Role
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping customers bring their projects to life.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will:
- Build strong customer relationships
- Provide expert advice through a consultative sales approach
- Drive sales and contribute to team targets
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to support their projects
- Maintain showroom presentation to a high standard
This is a dynamic role combining sales, service and creativity.
About You
You’re motivated, customer-focused and enjoy working towards results.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in retail sales or a related industry
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Confidence using systems and managing administrative tasks
