We are seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to take ownership of our digital platforms, participating and guiding their evolution and revolution - ensuring they remain secure, scalable and aligned to transformational business growth.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can operate at the intersection of business and technology - engaging with stakeholders and remaining technically involved in how solutions are designed, configured and delivered.
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will act as a trusted partner across Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial teams and more - ensuring our platforms are fit-for-purpose, well-integrated, secure and scalable, while supporting continuous improvement rather than wholesale reinvention.
About the Role
You will play a key role in advancement of Beaumont Tiles’ digital platforms - balancing innovation operational stability with thoughtful enhancement.
You will be responsible for:
Partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into practical technical outcomes
Refining the digital roadmap in collaboration with business leaders
Contributing hands-on to solution design, platform configuration and integration decisions
Providing technical oversight across key platforms including BVP and Retail Website
Ensuring systems are integrated effectively, and preventing fragmented or duplicated solutions
Supporting, onboarding and end‑to‑end lifecycle governance of applications across the full software development lifecycle - spanning in‑house, SaaS and legacy platforms.
Managing external vendors while remaining close to technical delivery detail
Embedding sound architectural discipline aligned to enterprise standards
Ensuring digital initiatives transition smoothly into stable, supportable operational platforms
Maintaining alignment with cyber security and enterprise architecture
Over time, this role will play a key part in shaping Beaumont’s future digital capability - including the evolution of internal delivery capacity.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You are a commercially minded digital professional who understands that platforms are business enablers - not just systems.
You are comfortable moving between stakeholder conversations and technical detail.
You don’t sit above the work - you engage in it.
You bring:
Experience owning or leading enterprise digital platforms
Strong technical credibility and experience in solution design and integration
The ability to translate business needs into practical technical direction
Experience managing vendors while staying close to delivery
Confidence influencing stakeholders across multiple functions
A balance of strategic awareness and practical execution
Experience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
A collaborative leadership style grounded in credibility and trust
If you’re motivated by improving and integrating digital capability within a national business - and want to play a meaningful, hands-on role in that journey - we’d love to hear from you.
