Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager – Residential to join our team focusing on the Central Coast / Hunter region.
In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with residential builders, developers and trade customers, supporting their building and renovation projects. Acting as a trusted adviser, you will provide product guidance and identify opportunities to expand business across Beaumont Tiles’ range of tiles, bathroomware, stone and trade products.
This is a great opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional looking to grow strong partnerships within the residential construction sector.
About the Role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will manage a portfolio of residential builder and trade accounts while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing and growing relationships with residential builders and trade customers
• Identifying opportunities to expand business through cross-selling and upselling products
• Providing expert advice across Beaumont Tiles’ product ranges including tiles, bathroomware and stone
• Conducting client meetings, site visits and networking within the residential building industry
• Preparing quotes and proposals for customers and projects
• Maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity within CRM systems
• Delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients through the entire project lifecycle
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident relationship builder who enjoys working closely with customers and supporting their projects from concept through to completion.
You will ideally bring:
• Experience in account management, trade sales or B2B sales
• Exposure to the residential building, construction or renovation industry (highly regarded)
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close sales
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Confidence using CRM systems and general business technology
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service
