Job Description
THE ROLE…
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and respected State Manager to grow and lead the delivery of supply and installation solutions in tiles, hard flooring and bathroomware to builders across the NSW market.
As the NSW State Manager for Beaumont Tiles, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key builders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving sustainable business growth across the state.
This role requires a commercially minded leader who understands the dynamics of the NSW residential construction sector and can identify opportunities to expand market presence while delivering outstanding service to builder partners.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Development and execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the NSW builder market
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key builders, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and requirements
• Understanding builder trends, demands, and pain points to provide tailored solutions and continuously improve service offerings
• Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate the timely delivery of goods and services, ensuring high-quality standards are met
• Monitoring market conditions, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Leading and mentoring the sales and installation services teams while fostering a high-performance culture across the state
• Partnering with our customer service team leaders to deliver reliable outcomes

Proven track record in sales and business development within the NSW building sector
An existing network and strong relationships with major builders across New South Wales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build long-term partnerships
Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective commercial strategies
Exceptional leadership capability with experience managing and motivating teams
Knowledge of the NSW building industry, including installation and relevant regulations and standards
